Letter chastising her brother for not writing and discussing her husband's decision to undertake missionary work at St. Stephen's Parish, Pineville, S.C., his abandonment of his missionary work among the slaves on the plantation of William Clarkson, and resignation from his ministry at Wateree Chapel [later Zion Protestant Episcopal Church (Eastover, S.C.)] and the disrespectful treatment he received from John Clarkson and other members of the Clarkson family.
